tesa® 4950 is a high-performance, double-sided transparent PET film tape specifically developed for reliable bonding on

low surface energy (LSE) materials such as PP, PE, and EPDM – without the need for primer. With a total thickness of

100 μm and a 12 μm PET backing containing 90% post-consumer recycled (PCR) content, it combines strong technical

performance with improved sustainability.

The tackified acrylic adhesive provides strong initial tack, excellent shear strength, and dependable performance under

demanding environmental conditions.
